Liquid is fine, as long as it's a small amount. I think it's the milk ducts opening up. When it's a large amount tho (actual lactation), it means your prolactin is high, and that could be a big problem.
One of the causes of high prolactin is a prolactinoma, a bening tumor that produces too much prolactin. Cyproterone can cause it

Depending on where you live, you could also go with a private clinic instead of DIY (at least in Europe there's Imago and GenderGP, also Anne Health in the UK)
