...when you wake up 3 hours before your alarm, so you fidget in bed for an hour, then finally give up and brew some coffee knowing the shift that's about to start is going to be awful.
I have to be up the same time every day, I go to bed at 9, stupid ass body: oh it's 1 hr before you need to be up, let's have to pee now and then toss and turn for the rest of it.
I go to bed at 10, stupid ass body: oh it's 1 hr before you need to be up, let's have to pee now and then toss and turn for the rest of it.
I go to bed at 11, stupid ass body: oh it's 1 hr before you need to be up, let's have to pee now and then toss and turn for the rest of it.
I hate my body...
I was just venting to someone about this exact thing a few hours ago. For the last year or two, I tend to get about 1 lucky, full night of sleep per month. Otherwise, same as you describe. This wasn't the case when I was younger! I hate it.
What are you talking about? Those micro-sleeps are almost better than the main thing. I set my alarm early to be able to roll over and sleep again a few times.
I was like that in high school. You must not have a job with dread.
19 minutes of free fuck around on my phone time, you say?
19 minutes? Sheeeeit, try 2 hours.
