Why was the penguin AI-ed in?
I feel like "This could have been a photoshop" is going to be the "this could have been a meeting" for AI.
Ignore the AI tools in photoshop, every photoshop version after CS6 isn't real.

"This could have been a gimp" sends the wrong message to most people.
Most of the people here would read it and not skip a beat.
Photoshop is also a verb, has been for decades actually, meaning a use of photo editing software in general.
Yes and maybe we shouldn’t continue this verbal standardization of Adobe products. Make people realize there are valid alternatives so they stop giving this corporation a shitload of money

It's a built-in Gimp texture. It's like the monkey face in Blender. If you see the green pepper in an image, you know the image was made in the Gimp. It's like a cheeky signature/nod.
Because like so much of the IT field, most go for the easier thing to do and don't have or are losing the skills to do these things themselves. A good photoshop is a rarity now, and often will get called AI slop because of it being good, so they don't.
I always do this the shittiest way possible to show how low effort the shitpost is.
Usually that’s a screenshot of a meme generator (so it doesn’t include watermark) or some poorly pasted impact text added on my phone.
