Congrats! I went off the idea of managing staff quite some years ago. Hopefully you will enjoy it! (and hopefully it won't lead to the company fleeing the country this time)
I mean if it happens twice i gotta start asking "is it me? No its the kids who are wrong" - Principle Skinner.
Could also be correlation... Companies that make poor hiring decisions, or hire too many people, might be more likely to go out of business...
